38 Hichborn Street

 

Located just ten yards from Boston Landing and 100 yards from Allston Yards, Brighton’s newest and largest mixed use community, 38 Hichborn began the permitting process in the Winter of 2020. Approved in the summer of 2022, construction on this five story 23,000 SF building is scheduled to commence in the winter of 2022.

Once complete, the project will contain 24 residential units ranging in size from studios to Two bedroom apartments, with 8 garage parking spaces and a ground floor restaurant space. 3 of the units will be deemed affordable housing.

This projected is financed by Needham Bank, designed by Vanko Studio Architects and built by BGI Construction.

Zoning relief and BPDA article 80 small project review were necessary.
